|
When you view an email with 1 or more attachments in your web browser,
simply click on the file name of the attachment you wish to download. The
filename of each attachment is listed near the top of the email, just after
the date of the email. Your web browser should prompt you to save or open
the file (or in some cases you may need to right-click on the file name of
the attachment and select "Save Target As" to force the download to your
computer).

|
How do I attach files to an email I want to send?
|
When composing a new email, or replying to an email, you can attach files to
your message by clicking the plus sign on the far left of the
web browser. This will open a file manager/browser that lets you select
which file on your computer you wish to upload. Next, click the 'upload'
button and be patient (it can take several minutes on larger attachments for your PC to
send the data). Once the upload is complete, the attached file name and size will
be listed on the far left of your browser screen and is now ready to be sent. Once
you finish writing your email, click Send the message now button at the bottom
of the screen like you normally would, and the entire email (message and file attachment(s))
will be sent. You can attach files up to 50 megabytes in size to your emails, but
be aware that most other mail providers only allow emails up to 10 megabytes in size. So
if you want to send big email attachments, tell your friend to Get Huge with their own
HugeMail.com account!
